Chhattisgarh accounts for a significant share of India's paddy production, and the rice trade here involves thousands of brokers, millers, and commission agents working across mandis from Raipur to Jagdalpur.
When CGRBA was formed in 1998, our objective was straightforward: give this fragmented trade a unified voice and a platform for orderly business conduct. Today, with over 520 members across 28 districts, we continue that work through market information sharing, training, and representation before government agencies.
I invite rice brokers, traders, millers, and allied businesses to consider CGRBA membership. Our strength lies in collective representation — whether the matter concerns MSP procurement, mandi infrastructure, or export procedures.

About CGRBA
Voice of the Rice Trade in Chhattisgarh
The Chhattisgarh Rice & Brokers Association (CGRBA) is a registered trade body representing rice brokers, traders, millers, commission agents, warehouse operators, and transport partners across the state. Established in 1998 at Raipur, the association works on market information dissemination, member grievance redressal, and policy advocacy with state and central agencies.
Chhattisgarh's rice economy spans procurement mandis, private mills, and interstate trade corridors. CGRBA serves as the coordination platform for this network — from paddy arrival at Rajnandgaon and Dhamtari mandis to milled rice movement toward Odisha, Maharashtra, and export channels.
